The Cotter Tourism Foundation offers three Membership Investment Packages – each with increasing benefits depending upon the level of membership you choose. These packages are mainly designed to build your position in both the local and national market by increasing your exposure on the Internet.

Bronze - $125 Annual Investment

• Membership listing – Alphabetically and categorically
• Multiple categories available (use existing or suggest your own specific category)
• Two listings on ‘Packages/Specials’ or ‘Lodging/Vacation Offers’ page* - left online 60 days
• Supply of Brochures
• Brochures printed annually and list Members

Silver - $200 Annual Investment

• Membership listing – Alphabetically and categorically
• Multiple categories available (use existing or suggest your own specific category)
• Includes link from each alphabetical & category listing to your Website & Email address
• Two listings on ‘Packages/Specials’ or ‘Lodging/Vacation Offers’ page* - left online 60 days
• Supply of Brochures
• Brochures printed annually and list Members

Gold - $350 Annual Investment

• Banner Ad on Website**
• Individual banner tracking
• Calendar of Events - Access (via Foundation provided password and login) to site calendar database to enter events
• Post your own video
• Membership listing – Alphabetically and categorically
• Multiple categories available (use existing or suggest your own specific category)
• Includes link from each alphabetical & category listing to your Website & Email address
• Two listings on ‘Packages/Specials’ or ‘Lodging/Vacation Offers’ page* - left online 60 days
• Supply of brochures
• Brochures printed annually and list members

*All Membership Packages include a listing on “Packages/Specials” or “Lodging/Vacation Offers” pages:
Two parts of the website are available to ALL members, regardless of the type of Membership Investment Package you have: Packages/Specials and Lodging/Vacation Offers. All members may advertise up to two services or products as a “Package/Special” or as “Lodging/Vacation offer.” Website space is yours to promote your business, even though you may not have a banner or perhaps may not have a website to link to. Just be sure to list a telephone number for your contact info if you don’t have email or a website!

Here is how to create a “Packages/Specials” or “Lodging/Vacation Offers” listing.

1. Take two digital photos of an item/service you are promoting.
    
2. Write some “copy” to describe the item and promote it and your business.
    
3. Include a phone number so you can be called regarding the special
    
4. Email your information to the web administrator to be included on the site:  info@HisPlaceResort.net

**Create Your Banner Ad – Available to members who purchase the Gold Membership:
As a member you can create your banner, have your website developer, or have Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing create your banner. You must follow these specifications so your banner is completely compatible with the website. The Development Foundation committee is responsible for the assignment of the page placement of these banners.

1. You may create it yourself using the specifications below. If the specifications are not followed, your banner will not be visible on the site.
    
2. Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing will create a “static” banner (one-frame) for $65 or an “animated” banner (up to three-frames) for $125. The Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing phone number to call is (870) 425-8064 or 800-506-8064.
    
3. When you have completed the banner, do one of the following:
